The Forum programme can be downloaded here

The forum should be of interest to any businesses involved in China, Russia, the Belt & Road Initiative and the Eurasian region as a whole, and is especially relevant in terms of understanding developments in tax, free trade, and infrastructure projects. The development of the Greater Eurasian Partnership between Russia and China will also be extensively discussed, along with the roles ASEAN, India and the EU have to play in that.  In trade terms, China and Russia are expected to double trade turnover to US$200 billion within the next four years. Mechanisms as how this will be achieved and the developments of other new Eurasian trade corridors developing in light of the US-China trade war and continuing US and EU sanctions on Russia will also feature prominently.
